Nicholsons Pledge $2 Million to Athletics Village Vision

Tony and Sonja Nicholson have made a $2 million gift commitment to UCF Athletics.

The Nicholsons also committed $2 million to fund construction of the Nicholson Fieldhouse, which was the first full-length indoor football practice facility in the south. In addition, the couple helped pay for the Knights’ entry fee into the Mid-American Conference in 2002.

The Nicholsons’ gift is part of UCF’s $25 million Kenneth G. Dixon Athletics Village vision and the IGNITE campaign, UCF’s $500 million university-wide fund-raising initiative.
